Syed Yusuf Ali

Hello there.

Born and brought up in Aligarh, India, I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, following which I got admitted into Johns Hopkins University where I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering, my area of specialization being Fluid Dynamics and Computational Science.

Fluid Dynamics fascinates me. As you can see I am standing at the edge of the gigantic Bay of Bengal. The waves behind me gurgle and froth and eat each other up, rubbing themselves to death as they reach the sandy shore while I wonder how all of that is happening.

I also like Computational Science and Engineering. Thats because I love computers. I adore the biggest of them and the smallest of them and the ones in between. These powerful miracles of modern Engineering gobble up a bunch of numbers, some ingenious math and spit out predictions of real world physical phenomenon. Beautiful, it all seems to me.

I also enjoy writing stories, taking pictures and appreciating art.
